Get Behind Me

“Get behind Me, Satan! For you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.” Mark 8:33b

These words were the firm rebuke of Jesus. He spoke to Peter to whom He revealed himself a few moments ago. Oh how ofted do we do we also mistake in our judgements. We look through human eyes, and when things do not make sense, we thing God is at fault. However, Jesus percieved as God saw, and could thereby firmly rebuke Peter. This brings to us a question; how do we percieve? Do we see as God sees? The pure in heart will see God in action.
