Nevertheless He

Nevertheless He regarded their affliction, When HE heard their cry; And for their sake He remembered His covenant, And relented according to the multitude of His mercies. (Psalm 106:44-45)

These are wonderful words of encouragement. God heard their cry, and was merciful. How wonderful that God is also a God of mercy. Mercy describes undeserved grace. When a person repents, and realizes the depth of his sin, and cries out to the Lord for forgiveness, God may pardon. That what is impossible for man, is possible for God. Blessed is the one whose sins are forgiven!
