One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple. (Ps27:4)
Within these words, David expresses his love and devotion towards God. He desires to dwell among God’s people all the days of his life and to receive his instruction from Him and his people. Within God’s temple, His children are living stones with Christ as the cornerstone. A stone once cast away by the builders, but which had become the most important stone.
